Suratthani School
Suratthani School () is a state secondary school located in Surat Thani, Thailand. It provides education for secondary students from Matthayom 1 to Matthayom 6 (Equivalent to grade 7–12). The school was founded in 1907 at Wat Thammabucha in Surat Thani Province and was relocated many times throughout its history. Nowadays, the school is located on Donnok Road, next to Surat Thani's city hall. It is regarded as one of the best secondary schools in Southern Thailand. Mueang Surat Thani District
Mueang Surat Thani (, ), or Endonym and exonym, colloquially Ban Don District (Thai language, Thai/Southern Thai language, Southern Thai: บ้านดอน), is the district of Surat Thani province in southern Thailand. Geography The district is at the mouth of the Tapi River, Thailand, Tapi River, where it flows into Bandon Bay of the Gulf of Thailand. Neighboring districts are (from the east clockwise): Kanchanadit district, Kanchanadit, Ban Na San District , Ban Na San, Ban Na Doem District , Ban Na Doem, and Phunphin district. Banyat Bantadtan
Banyat Bantadtan (林書清) (; , born 15 May 1942) is a Thai politician. From 2003 to 2005, he was the chairman of the Democrat Party and Leader of the Opposition against Prime Minister Thaksin Shinawatra. Life and career Banyat Bantadtan was born in Kanchanadit, Surat Thani Province. A lawyer by training, he holds a Bachelor of Laws from the Faculty of Law, Thammasat University. In 1970, he became a lecturer for the Office of Accelerated Rural Development (ARD). In 1975, he was elected Member of Parliament for the first time. He was consistently re-elected in all subsequent elections until 2007. Banyat was spokesman of the Democrat Party from 1979 to 1980. The 6 October 1976 massacre, also known as the 6 October event ( ) in Thailand, was a violent crackdown by Thai police and lynching by right-wing paramilitaries and bystanders against leftist protesters who had occupied Bangkok's Thammasat University and the adjacent Sanam Luang, on 6 October 1976. Prior to the massacre, thousands of leftists, including students, workers and others, had been holding ongoing demonstrations against the return of exiled former Prime Minister Thanom Kittikachorn to Thailand since mid-September. Ekaphan Inthasen
Ekaphan Inthasen (, born September 23, 1983) is a Thai retired professional footballer who played as a winger. He previously played for two other clubsides in Thailand and Vietnam. He won the Thailand Premier League title with Chonburi in 2007, followed by the Kor Royal Cup in 2008 in which has earned himself a call up to the Thailand national football team.
