Strength In Numbers (24-7 Spyz Album)
''Strength in Numbers'' is an album by 24-7 Spyz. It is the only album to feature Jeff Brodnax, who replaced original vocalist P. Fluid in 1991. On their third effort, the Spyz concentrate on simpler and more direct songwriting. The album has been described as a hard rock album with elements of heavy metal music, heavy metal, funk, New York hardcore, contemporary R&B, R&B, jazz and reggae. The Seattle grunge movement overpowered the music industry in 1992, leaving the Spyz without a record contract or media attention in the midst of their creative peak. After the release of the album, the Spyz would take a break before reforming their classic lineup in 1995. Like many 24-7 Spyz albums, this recording is out of print but this album is available on streaming platforms. ''Strength in Numbers'' is the third and final studio album by English rock the Music. It was released on 16 June 2008 by Polydor Records and Yes, Please!. It comes in two formats, a regular CD (in a super jewel case) and a deluxe digipak Edition. The limited edition features two bonus tracks, "The Price" and "The Rain", but does not feature the hidden track "No Danger". Background The Music released their second album '' Welcome to the North'' in September 2004, peaking at number eight on the UK Albums Chart. Both of its singles – "Freedom Fighters" and "Breakin – reached the top 20 of the UK Singles Chart, with the former peaking the highest at number 15. ''Your World on Fire'' is the debut full-length album by American rock band In Fear and Faith. It was released January 6, 2009 through Rise Records. Background On April 4, 2008, it was announced that the band had signed to independent label Rise Records. It was mentioned that the band would be recording their debut album later in the year with a planned release in November. The following month, the band went on tour with Burden of a Day, For Today and Life in Your Way. They then went on a West Coast tour in June 2008 supporting the Human Abstract. ''Your World on Fire'' was recorded in August with producer Andrew Wade at The Wade Studios. Release ''Your World on Fire'' was released on January 6, 2009. ''The Hymn of a Broken Man'' is the debut album by American heavy metal band Times of Grace, released on January 18, 2011, through Roadrunner Records. Background When touring the UK with Killswitch Engage, guitarist Adam Dutkiewicz required emergency surgery on his back. While in the hospital recovering, he began writing new material which he later recorded and demoed at home. Dutkiewicz later contacted former Killswitch Engage bandmate and singer Jesse Leach about writing lyrics and recording vocals feeling that he " oesn'tthink e isthe greatest vocalist and lyricist" and "wanted a little help in that department." Under the moniker Times of Grace, they began recording material in 2008 with Dutkiewicz stating on the group's Myspace that the songs were "an epic mix of Metal/Rock/Pop/Shoe gaze & Punk.
