Stephen Edward Smith (September 24, 1927 – August 19, 1990) was the husband of Jean Ann Kennedy. He was a financial analyst and political strategist in the 1960 United States presidential campaign of his brother-in-law John F. Kennedy. Early life Smith was born in Bayport, Long Island, New York, to Julia A. (Cleary), daughter of four-term Congressman William E. Cleary, and John Joseph Smith, and grew up in the Bay Ridge section of Brooklyn. He attended Georgetown University, graduating in 1948 with a bachelor's degree in history. Stephen John Smith (1887 – 3 November 1948) was a New Zealand public administrator. He served as Resident Commissioner of the Cook Islands from 1937 until 1938. Biography Born in 1887, Smith entered the New Zealand civil service as a young man. During World War I he was part of the New Zealand-led occupation of Western Samoa, where he rose to the position of secretary to the military governor. Steve Smith (born August 8, 1951), professional clown and circus director, is best known to audiences as the clown character, "TJ Tatters." Biography Smith grew up in Zanesville, Ohio, and is a 1969 graduate of Zanesville High School. Steven Bruce Smith (born August 21, 1954) is an American drummer best known as a member of the rock band Journey across three stints: 1978 to 1985, 1995 to 1998 and 2015 to 2020.
