State Transport Special Service (; abbrev: ДССТ, DSST) is a specialized military unit that is a part of the Ministry of Defense and was created to guarantee the reliable operation of transportation during special occasions and times of peace. The structure of the military formation was altered in compliance with revisions made to the Law of UkraineOn the State Special Transport Service at the end of 2017; the previous combined and independent units were restructured into brigades, regiments, and separate battalions. The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine (), commonly referred to as the Government of Ukraine (), is the highest body of state Executive (government), executive power in Ukraine. As the Cabinet of Ministers of the Ukrainian Soviet Socialist Republic, Ukrainian SSR, it was formed on 18 April 1991, by the Law of Ukrainian SSR No.980-XII. Anti-Terrorist Operation Zone (), or ATO zone (), was a term used by the media, public, the government of Ukraine, and the OSCE and other foreign institutions to identify Ukrainian territory of the Donetsk and Luhansk regions (oblasts) under the control of Russian military forces and pro-Russian separatists. A significant part of ATO (JFO, starting 2018) zone was considered temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine.
