State Fiscal Service Of Ukraine
The State Fiscal Service () or SFS () is a former government agency of Ukraine that in 2014 replaced the Ministry of Revenues and Duties. The former ministry was created in 2012 by the Second Azarov Government through merging the State Tax Service and the State Customs Service. In December 2018, the Cabinet of Ministers under the Petro Poroshenko administration adopted a resolution on the reorganization of the State Fiscal Service by dividing it into the State Tax Service and the State Customs Service. In August 2020, the newly formed State Tax Service of Ukraine started its functioning. Agency emblem The emblem of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine is an image of a silver hryvnia (UAH) with cut off part, which rests on the bowl lever scales, symbolizing a fair, measured levying taxes. Ministry Of Revenues And Duties
The Ministry of Revenues and Duties () was a government ministry of Ukraine. The ministry was created on 24 December 2012 by a Decree of Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych and it merged the country's State Tax Service and the State Customs Service. Its first and only minister was Oleksandr Viktorovych Klymenko, Oleksandr Klymenko. On 1 March 2014 the ministry was liquidated. Its agencies were transferred to the Ministry of Finance (Ukraine), Ministry of Finance. On May 27, 2014 it was announced that the ministry will be reorganized into the State Fiscal Service (Ukraine), State Fiscal Service and will be subordinated to the Ministry of Finances. The Intra-European Organisation of Tax Administrations (IOTA), is a non-profit intergovernmental organisation, which provides a forum to assist members in European countries to improve their fiscal functionality. Yuriy Fedorovych Kravchenko (; March 5, 1951 – March 4, 2005) was a Ukrainian General of Internal Service and politician, serving as the country's Minister of Internal Affairs (1995—2001).
