Stacy Jones
Stacy Glen Jones (born December 19, 1970) is an American musician, songwriter, and producer. He is currently the musical director and drummer for Miley Cyrus and Life of Dillon, and is also known for being the lead vocalist, rhythm guitarist, and primary songwriter of American Hi-Fi, and as the drummer for Letters to Cleo. Background Jones was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma but grew up in London. Jones initially came into the spotlight as the drummer for the alternative rock band Letters to Cleo. He went on to work with Veruca Salt and form the band American Hi-Fi, whose self-titled release produced by Bob Rock in 2001, included the ''Billboard'' Top 50 hit "Flavor of the Weak." After American Hi-Fi Jones worked as a producer and songwriter, and was a staff producer at Epic Records. Stacy Jones (baseball)
Joseph Stacy Jones (born May 26, 1967) is an American former professional pitcher who played during two seasons in Major League Baseball for the Baltimore Orioles and Chicago White Sox. Jones played baseball at Etowah High School in Alabama and was a starting pitcher for the Auburn Tigers for three years. He was a roommate at Auburn with Gregg Olson. He was selected in the third round of the 1988 Major League Baseball draft. He began his professional baseball career in the New York–Penn League with the Erie Orioles. Jones was called up to the majors for the first time on July 30, 1991 along with Mike Mussina and Jim Poole. He made his Major League debut on July 31 against the Seattle Mariners at the Kingdome in relief of Poole and pitched two scoreless innings. He returned to the minors two weeks later with a shoulder injury and did not pitch again in the majors that season. Stacy Layne Matthews is the stage name of Stacy Jones, a former drag performer who competed on season 3 of ''RuPaul's Drag Race''. On the show, she popularized the word "henny", which became a nickname, and she won the Snatch Game challenge for her impersonation of Mo'Nique. Following ''Drag Race'', Stacy Layne Matthews impersonated Mo'Nique in ''The HoMo'Nique Show'', a parody of BET's ''The Mo'Nique Show'', at Manhattan's Laurie Beechman Theater.
