St Declan's College is an all-boys, Catholic secondary school located in Cabra West, Dublin, Ireland. It was originally established by The Christian Brothers in 1960 with an initial enrollment of 75. Cabra, Dublin
Cabra () is an inner suburb on the northside of Dublin city in Ireland. It is approximately northwest of the city centre, in the administrative area of Dublin City Council. It was commonly known as Cabragh until the early 20th century. Largely located between the Royal Canal and the Phoenix Park, it is primarily a residential suburb, with a range of institutions and some light industry. Cabra is served by bus, tram and mainline rail; it lies across Navan Road, one of the main roads from central Dublin to the orbital motorway. Barry Cahill (Gaelic Footballer)
Barry Cahill (born 10 May 1981) is a former Gaelic footballer who played for the St Brigid's club in Castleknock, the Dublin county team and his province, Leinster, during his playing career. Cahill announced his retirement from Dublin football in February 2013. He retired from St Brigid's in December 2016. Playing career Inter-county Cahill made his debut for the Dublin senior football team in 2001. He won his first Leinster Senior Football championship medal in 2002, beating Kildare in the Leinster final in Croke Park in front of over 80,000 spectators. Kevin Smith (born 1995), known professionally as Kojaque , is an Irish rapper and record producer from Cabra, Dublin. He is also a visual artist and filmmaker. Early life Smith grew up in Cabra, Dublin. His parents were originally from County Cavan. His father died when he was a child. He has three brothers, all of whom are also musicians. He attended St Declan's College. He studied fine art in Dublin Institute of Technology and in 2017 received the RHA Student Graduate Award. Gavin James (singer)
Gavin Wigglesworth (born 5 July 1991), known professionally as Gavin James, is an Irish singer-songwriter. In March 2013 and March 2016, he won two Choice Music Prize Irish Song of the Year award. Early life James was born in Dublin and grew up in a musical household. His father would play Cat Stevens, Sam Cooke and Bob Dylan, whilst his sister Emma sang and toured with a musical in Ireland. James' great-grandparents were opera singers and his grandfather was a stand-up comedian and whistler. James began playing music in a rock band at the age of 8 and writing his own songs. Seán Bugler (born 1998) is an Irish Gaelic footballer who plays for Dublin SFC club St Oliver Plunketts/Eoghan Ruadh and at inter-county level with the Dublin senior football team. Declan Lally, or Déaglán Ó Maolalaidh, is an Irish Gaelic footballer who plays the left half forward position at senior level for the Dublin county team. Lally won 5 Leinster titles and one All Ireland title. Playing career Lally was on the DCU side that won the 2006 Sigerson Cup winning player of the match in the final. He was also on the Dublin side that won the 2006 Leinster Senior Football Championship against Offaly. Senan Connell
Senan Connell is an Irish Gaelic footballer who played for the Na Fianna club on Dublin's Northside and for the Dublin county team. Career Senan operated in the half forward line for Dublin. He made his debut for Dublin in a national league match in 1998 against Offaly kicking two points. He cemented his place on the team before a cruciate ligament injury forced him to miss the league final versus Cork in 1999. Senan played at half forward in both the 2000 Leinster final loss to Meath and the 2001 Leinster final loss to Kildare under Tommy Carr.
