Sprinkler (dance)
The Sprinkler dance is a form of dance move involving a person placing one hand on the back of the neck, and waving the other arm back and forth while spinning in a circle. This simulates the motion of a garden irrigation sprinkler. Origin The dance originated in the late disco era of the 1970s around the time of The Bump in Australia. The dance's popularity was revived by the England cricket team during their winning 2010–11 Ashes series competition, subsequently going viral on the Internet. Dance steps The movement of the dancers body is meant to replicate the movements of an irrigation sprinkler. Standing with legs slightly apart and knees slightly bent, the dancer then bends their left elbow to enable them to place their left hand behind their head. They then outstretch their right arm inline with their right shoulder, hand flat in a vertical position. Dance Move
Dance moves or dance steps (more complex dance moves are called dance patterns, dance figures, dance movements, or dance variations) are usually isolated, defined, and organized so that beginning dancers can learn and use them independently of each other. However, more complex movements are influenced by musicality and lyrical relevance to express emotions or refer to a message. Dance moves tend to emphasize the concepts of lead and follow and connection. In most cases, dance moves by themselves are independent of musicality, which is the appropriateness of a move to the music (for a notable exception, see Bharatanatyam). Generally, they are memorized in sets of eight counts. Also there are two different movements: concrete and abstract. These two movements show time, space, relationship, quality and focus. James Anderson (cricketer)
Sir James Michael "Jimmy" Anderson (born 30 July 1982) is an English cricketer who played for England. He is currently serving as the fast-bowling mentor of the England cricket team. He is also playing the 2025 season for Lancashire. Jonathan Agnew
Jonathan Philip Agnew, (born 4 April 1960) is an English cricket broadcaster and a former cricketer. He was born in Macclesfield, Cheshire, and educated at Uppingham School. He is nicknamed "Aggers" and, less commonly, "Spiro" – the latter, according to ''Debrett's Cricketers' Who's Who'', after former US Vice-President Spiro Agnew.
