Sousa is a Municipalities of Brazil, municipality in the states of Brazil, state of Paraíba in the Northeast Region, Brazil, Northeast Region of Brazil. It lies in the region called the Valley of the Dinosaurs, Paraíba, Valley of the Dinosaurs, which contains a protected area containing dinosaur tracks. The Valley of the Dinosaurs () is an area in the state of Paraíba, Brazil, that contains many fossilized dinosaur tracks. Sousa Esporte Clube, commonly known as Sousa, is a Brazilian football team based in Sousa, Paraíba state. They competed in the Série C and in the Copa do Brasil three times.
