Soulshock
Carsten Schack (born 1968 in :da:Gug, Gug, Denmark) and better known by his stage name Soulshock is a Danish record producer and songwriter. Beginnings Carsten Schack was born in the Aalborg suburb of Gug, the son of economics professor Bent Schack and physician assistant Åse Schack. In the early 1990s he dated choreographer Toniah Pedersen for 3 years. Since 1993 he had been living in Los Angeles in the USA with his girlfriend Charmayne Maxwell, former vocalist of American R&B group Brownstone (group), Brownstone, with whom he has a son, Nicholas. His music career began as a DJ, when in 1989 he came joint third place in the DMC European Mixing Championships. This gave him a DJ job at Queen Latifah's European tour, and later a remix job for the artist.

Soulshock & Cutfather
Soulshock & Cutfather was a Danish production duo active in the late 1980s and early 1990s, made up of Carsten Schack, better known as Soulshock, and Cutfather, Mich Hedin Hansen, better known as Cutfather. As a production and DJ duo, they remixed songs by Danish artists such as Lis Sørensen ("Mine øjne de skal se"), Cut 'N' Move ("Get Serious" and "Spread Love"), Laid Back ("Bakerman") and Back to Back ("Jonathan"). In 1990, they started a record label together, Soulpower Productions, as part of Medley Records, where they particularly produced for Yasmin and Cut 'N' Move. Several times they won mixing championships and produced for Queen Latifah and Ultra Naté. The duo collaboration ended with Carsten Schack immigrating to the United States and soon after forming the duo Soulshock & Karlin with Kenneth Karlin. Charmayne Maxwell
Charmayne Maxena Maxwell (January 11, 1969 – February 28, 2015), professionally known as Maxee, was a Guyana-born American singer and songwriter. In the mid-1990s, Maxwell came to prominence as a member of the female R&B trio Brownstone. Career Maxwell found fame in the mid-1990s after she formed the group Brownstone with singers Monica "Mimi" Doby and Nicci Gilbert. After an a cappella audition, the trio were signed to Michael Jackson's Epic Records-distributed imprint, MJJ Music. Thomas Blachman
Thomas Blachman (born 1963) is a Danish jazz musician, composer, and judge on the Danish version of ''X Factor''. Biography Blachman is the son of Henning and Annie Blachman. One of his grandfathers is Isak Blachman, a Jewish immigrant from Vitebsk, Belarus, who moved in 1911. He was married until 2012 to Viola Heyn-Johnsen. X Factor (Denmark)
''X Factor'' is the Danish version of British TV show ''The X Factor'', created by Simon Cowell. The show premiered on 4 January 2008. For the first eleven seasons, the show was broadcast on DR1 before moving to TV 2 from the twelfth season onwards. There have been sixteen winners to date, most notable are Martin Hoberg Hedegaard (2008), Thomas Ring Petersen (2010), Anthony Jasmin (2014), Place on Earth (2018) & Mads Moldt (2022).
