Michael Salgado (born ''Miguel Salgado'' in 1971) is a Norteño/Tejano music singer/accordionist. Biography Salgado was born in Laredo,Texas, although his family roots are in Barrancos, Chihuahua, Mexico. Hamilton Michael Loomis (born November 1, 1975) is an American electric blues guitarist, singer, songwriter, and record producer. Cumbia refers to a number of musical rhythms and folk dance traditions of Latin America, generally involving musical and cultural elements from American Indigenous peoples, Europeans, and Africans during colonial times. Cumbia is said to have come from funeral traditions in the Afro-Colombian community.
