Six And Out
Six & Out is an Australian rock band consisting of five former New South Wales first-class cricketers. Formed in 1999, the band released two studio albums and played around 300 gigs on the live music circuit until its dissolution in early 2005. Almost two decades later, Six & Out reunited at the request of Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese, and continued its reunion with a series of live shows across late 2023 and early 2024. The band's name is derived from the backyard cricket rule of 'six and out', which specifies that if a player hits a ball for six that causes the ball to be lost, the player is automatically dismissed from further batting. Shane Warne
Shane Keith Warne (13 September 1969 – 4 March 2022) was an Australian international cricketer whose career ran from 1992 to 2007. Warne played as a right-arm leg spin bowler and a lower-order right-handed batter for Victoria, Hampshire, the Melbourne Stars and Australia.
