Shenzhen–Huizhou Intercity Railway
The Shenzhen–Huizhou intercity railway, () or Shenhui ICR, is an intercity railway being planned by the Shenzhen Metro. It is part of the Pearl River Delta Metropolitan Region intercity railway network. This is not to be confused with the Shenzhen–Dayawan intercity railway which is a parallel line that is also under planning but will connect Shenzhen to Huiyang District in southern Huizhou. The Huizhou section is being planned and owned by Huizhou as part of its own urban rail transit network. The Shenzhen Metro ( zh, s=深圳地铁, c=, labels=no) is the rapid transit system for the city of Shenzhen in Guangdong province, China. The newest lines and extensions which opened on December 27, 2024 put the network at of trackage. It currently operates on 17 lines with 398 stations. Pearl River Delta Metropolitan Region Intercity Railway
The Pearl River Delta Metropolitan Region Intercity Railway System (, abbreviated as PRDIR) is a regional higher-speed rail and suburban rail network being gradually constructed in the Pearl River Delta ( Guangdong–Hong Kong–Macao Greater Bay Area), People's Republic of China. The project's goal is to have every major urban center in the Greater Bay Area to be within one-hour travel by rail to Guangzhou. On March 16, 2005, the State Council approved plans for a regional high-speed commuter rail network for the Jingjinji, Yangtze River Delta and the Pearl River Delta. Shenzhen–Dayawan Intercity Railway
The Shenzhen–Dayawan intercity railway (), formerly known as Shenzhen Metro Line 33, is an under construction regional railway connecting Shenzhen and Huiyang District in southern Huizhou, in Guangdong Province, China. Description The railway is part of the Pearl River Delta Metropolitan Region intercity railway network. It will run east–west, and have 14 stations. Huizhou
Huizhou ( zh, c= ) is a city in east-central Guangdong Province, China, forty-three miles north of Hong Kong. Heyuan ( zh, c=河源, j=ho4 jyun4, Hakka Chinese, Hakka: Fò-Ngiàn) is a prefecture-level city of Guangdong province in the People's Republic of China.
