Shaji Prabhakaran is an Indian football administrator. He formerly served as the general secretary of the All India Football Federation (AIFF). He was also the president of Football Delhi (Delhi Soccer Association). Prabhakaran is the former FIFA South Central Asia development officer. Biography Shaji hails from Kerala.
