Sha'arani Mohamad
Dato' Sha'arani bin Mohamad (1950–5 November 2018) was a former Member of the Perak State Legislative Assembly for Rungkup from 2004 to 2013. He is also the former Deputy Head of UMNO Division of Bagan Datuk under its leader, Ahmad Zahid Hamidi. Death He died on 5 November 2018 at Raja Perempuan Zainab II Hospital, Kota Bharu, Kelantan at 1.36 am and was buried at Langgar Islamic Cemetery, Kota Bharu, Kelantan. The Malay language has a complex system of styles, titles and honorifics which are used extensively in Brunei, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, and the southern Philippines. 2008 Perak State Election
The 12th Perak election was held on 8 March 2008. Polling took place in 59 constituencies throughout the State of Perak, with each electing a State Assemblyman to the Perak State Legislative Assembly. The election was conducted by the Malaysian Election Commission. The election proved to be a watershed in Perak's history, as the incumbent government from Barisan Nasional (BN) was handed an unprecedented and shocking defeat by the opposition, making the election the second time Perak's ruling party was voted out of power; the first was in 1969 when then Alliance Party failed to gain a majority against opposition parties. The Malaysian Islamic Party (PAS; ms, Parti Islam Se-Malaysia; ms, ڤرتي إسلام سمليسيا, label= Jawi, script=arab, italic=unset) is an Islamist political party in Malaysia. 2004 Malaysian General Election
A general election was held on Sunday, 21 March 2004 for members of the 11th Parliament of Malaysia. Voting took place in all 219 parliamentary constituencies of Malaysia, each electing one Member of Parliament to the Dewan Rakyat, the dominant house of Parliament.
