Seč (Chrudim District)
Seč () is a town in Chrudim District in the Pardubice Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 1,800 inhabitants. This word denoted a place cut out in the forest (a Glade (geography), glade). Geography Seč is located about southwest of Chrudim and southwest of Pardubice. It lies in the Iron Mountains (Czech Republic), Iron Mountains and in the eponymous protected landscape area. Seč Reservoir is built next to the town on the Chrudimka River.
