Seven Sisters A.F.C.
Seven Sisters Onllwyn F.C. is a Welsh football team based in Neath, currently playing in the Ardal SW, which is at the third tier of the Welsh football pyramid. History The club played in the Welsh Football League until 1997. After a season out of the league they rejoined for the 1998–99 season in Division Three where they remained until the end of the 2009–10 season when they left the league. The club then joined the Neath & District League. For the 2020–21 season the club joined the newly formed Tier 4 West Wales Premier League. The club merged with Onllwyn to become Seven Sisters Onllwyn AFC in a move announced by the club on 13 July 2020, with the first team to compete in the West Wales Premier League along with two teams in the Neath & District League. The Ardal Leagues are a association football, football league in Wales. The word "ardal" translates as "district" in English, with Wales split into four regions at this level. They have clubs with amateur/semi-professional status and sit at the third level of the Welsh football league system. The first year of their operation would have been 2020–21 but the 2020–21 Ardal NE, 2020–21 Ardal North East season, 2020–21 Ardal NW, 2020–21 Ardal North West season, 2020–21 Ardal SE, 2020–21 Ardal South East season and 2020–21 Ardal SW, 2020–21 Ardal South West season were all cancelled. The Welsh Football League (also known as the Nathaniel Car Sales Welsh Football League for sponsorship reasons) was a club football league in Wales. For its final season in 2019–20 season it operated at levels 3 and 4 of the Welsh football league system. The West Wales Premier League (known for sponsorship reasons as ''The Macron West Wales Premier League'') is a football (soccer), football league in Wales, at tier 4 of the Welsh football pyramid, Welsh Football Pyramid in South West Wales under the control of the West Wales Football Association.
