is a Japanese animation studio founded in 1979, in Ōizumi, Gunma, Ōizumi, Gunma Prefecture. History Studio Hibari was founded in July 1979 in Ōizumi, Gunma, Ōizumi by former Tsuchida Production cel-colorist Sachiko Mitsunobu and her husband, anime director .
