Sergey Petrovich Mikhailov (Russian: Сергей Петрович Михайлов; born 22 May 1965) is a Russian politician who is currently the senator from the Legislative Assembly of Zabaykalsky Krai since 18 October 2018. Early life Mikhailov was born on 22 May 1965. He graduated from the Faculty of History of the in 1990, then taught at the Nerchinsk State Farm-Technical School. The Russian News Agency TASS, or simply TASS, is a Russian state-owned news agency founded in 1904. It is the largest Russian news agency and one of the largest news agencies worldwide.
