The Second League of Serbia and Montenegro was the second tier of the football league system in Serbia and Montenegro, one level below the First League of Serbia and Montenegro. History Formed in 1992 after the breakup of Yugoslavia, it consisted of a single league for the first four seasons of its formation before splitting into regional leagues in 1996. In 2004 the league was divided into two groups, Group Serbia and Group Montenegro. Fudbalski klub Obilić (Serbian Cyrillic: Фудбалски клуб Обилић) is a Serbian football club based in Vračar, a neighbourhood of Belgrade. FK Radnički Pirot () is a football club based in Pirot, Serbia. They compete in the Serbian League East, the third tier of the national league system. History The club was founded immediately after World War II in 1945. They made their Yugoslav Second League debut in the 1969–70 campaign. FK Palilulac Beograd () is a football club based in Krnjača, Belgrade, Serbia. They compete in the Belgrade Intermunicipal League, the sixth tier of the national league system. OFK Kikinda () is a football club based in Kikinda, Vojvodina, Serbia. They compete in the Serbian League Vojvodina, the third tier of the national league system. FK Budućnost Valjevo () is a defunct football club based in Valjevo, Serbia. History The original club was founded as SK Sloga in 1920. They were, however, banned by the authorities after just a year. In 1925, the club continued its activities as RSK Valjevo and was led by some founding members of the previous club. By winter break all clubs in each group meet each other twice, home and away, with the bottom four classified from A group moving to the group B, and being replaced by the top four from the B group.
