SBS M is a South Korean pay television music channel owned by SBS Medianet, a division of SBS Media Holdings. It features South Korean pop artists, international music, news, and a few reality and variety programs. It was launched in 2001 as the South Korean version of the MTV. In 2011, it came under the SBS Paramount unit, a joint venture of SBS Medianet and Paramount Networks EMEAA and became SBS MTV. In June 2022, SBS and Paramount ceased their joint-venture, and the channel was renamed as SBS M. During its run as SBS MTV, it carried programs originally from the American MTV, along with a few Asian programs of its MTV Asian counterparts. Lovelyz () is a South Korean girl group formed in 2014 by Woollim Entertainment and is the company's first girl group. The group consists of eight members: Lee Su-jeong, Baby Soul, Jiae, Jisoo, Mijoo, Kei (singer), Kei, Jin, Ryu Su-jeong, Sujeong, and Jeong Ye-in, Yein. Kang Daniel (; born Kang Eui-geon, December 10, 1996), stylized as KANGDANIEL, is a South Korean singer-songwriter, actor, television host, and businessman who rose to fame in early 2017 as the first-place winner of the Produce 101 Season 2, second season of reality competition series ''Produce 101''. He is a former member of the show's resulting boy group Wanna One that, at the time, was a major power player in the K-pop industry. Fiestar () is a South Korean girl group, composed of Cao Lu, Jei, Linzy, Hyemi and Yezi. They began their career prior to debut by releasing a duet with label mate IU (singer), IU titled "Sea of Moonlight" in July 2012 for LOEN Entertainment's collective label album and later gained domestic success after entering the top ten of the Gaon Digital Chart. The group later debuted on August 31, 2012, with the single "Vista (song), Vista" and concluded their career in May 2018 after four members decided not to renew their contracts with the label. TVING () is a South Korean subscription video on-demand over-the-top streaming television service operated by TVING Corporation, a joint venture comprising CJ ENM Entertainment Division (CJ Group), Naver and JTBC by its JTBC Studios, now called SLL.
