Sandrine In The Rain
''Sandrine in the Rain'' ( it, Sandrine nella pioggia) is a 2008 thriller film written and directed by Tonino Zangardi and starring Sara Forestier and Adriano Giannini. It premiered at the 2008 Busan International Film Festival. Plot During a shootout with bandits who have just robbed a bank, a police officer inadvertently hits an innocent young woman, Martine, killing her. Destroyed by guilt, Leonardo leaves his post as an agent to move on to an office job and groped to recover his inner balance away from the road. But he knows the charming Sandrine who arrives in her life upsetting her. Sandrine is actually Martine's sister and her goal was to ruin the agent's life to avenge her sister. However Sandrine falls in love with Leonardo and the plan would fail, were it not for Vincent, Sandrine's accomplice. Tonino Zangardi
Tonino Zangardi (born Antonio Zangardi, 23 April 1957 – 19 February 2018) was an Italian film director, director and screenwriter. Biography Born in Rome in 1957, Zangardi directed his first feature film ''Allullo drom - L'anima zingara'', starring Isabella Ferrari, in 1992, telling a story of a gipsy community in Tuscany. His fourth film ''Prendimi e portami via'', starring Valeria Golino, dealt as well with the Romani people, Romani community. In 2008, his thriller film ''Sandrine in the Rain'', starring Sara Forestier and Adriano Giannini, premiered at the Busan International Film Festival. In 2017, Zangardi founded in Mantua the Master Film Academy, where he taught directing techniques. Death He died in Rome on 19 February 2018, at the age of 60, after a long illness. Alessandro Haber (born 19 January 1947) is an Italian actor, film director and singer. Haber was born in Bologna in a Jewish family of mixed ancestry (his father was a Romanian Jew and his mother Italian) and spent his childhood in Israel. His movie debut was in 1967 with '' La Cina è vicina'' by Marco Bellocchio. His first leading role was in Pupi Avati's '' Regalo di Natale''.
