Samurai Warriors (TV Series)
is a Japanese anime adaptation of ''Samurai Warriors 4, Samurai Warriors 4-II''. It takes place after the events of its previous animated TV special. Original characters appeared in this narrative to deviate from its base. Voice actors from the game reprise their roles for their respective characters. The TV special creators also created the TV series. Yumeta Company, TYO Animations is producing, Yuka Yamada wrote the screenplay, and Aki Tsunaki did the animated character designs. Tezuka Productions is aiding the animation department. It began on January 11, 2015 on TV Tokyo. Until the show ended, Nico Nico Seiga users could post their illustrations up for end card consideration. Character image song CDs were up for sale during its broadcast. Mitsunari Ishida
was a Japanese samurai and military commander of the late Sengoku period of Japan. He is probably best remembered as the commander of the Western army in the Battle of Sekigahara following the Azuchi–Momoyama period of the 16th century. He is also known by his court title, Jibu-no-shō . Biography Mitsunari was born in 1559 at the north of Ōmi Province (which is now Nagahama city, Shiga Prefecture), and was the second son of Ishida Masatsugu, who was a retainer for the Azai clan. His childhood name was Sakichi (). The Ishida withdrew from service after the Azai's defeat in 1573 at the Siege of Odani Castle. Tōdō Takatora
was a Japanese ''daimyō'' of the Tōdō clan from the Azuchi–Momoyama to Edo periods. He rose from relatively humble origins as an ashigaru (a light foot soldier) to become a ''daimyō''. During his lifetime he changed his feudal master seven times and worked for ten people, but in the end he rendered loyalty to Tokugawa Ieyasu, who became his last master. Tōdō Takatora is famous for excellence in castle design. Ōtani Yoshitsugu
was a Japanese samurai of the Sengoku period through the Azuchi-Momoyama Period. He was also known by his court title ''Junior Assistant Minister of Justice'' or . Inahime
(1573 – March 27, 1620) was a female warrior (''onna-musha'') during the Azuchi-Momoyama period and early Edo period. Born the daughter of Honda Tadakatsu, she was adopted by lord Tokugawa Ieyasu, before marrying Sanada Nobuyuki. She is described as having been very beautiful, highly intelligent and skillful in fighting. Life Komatsuhime was known in her childhood as Inahime (稲姫) and also Onei (於小亥).
