Abbas Salimi bin Azmi is a Malaysian people, Malaysian politician who has served as Member of the Selangor State Legislative Assembly (MLA) for Seri Serdang (state constituency), Seri Serdang since August 2023. Maryam Salimi (20 January 1978) is a writer, journalist, communications scholar, and expert in visual communications, particularly in infographics and news graphics. Nur al-Dīn al-Sālimī ( ar, نور الدين السالمي; full name Nur al-Dīn Abū Muḥammad ʿAbd Allāh ibn Ḥumayd ibn Sullūm al-Sālimī, c. 1286-1332 AH/1869-1914 CE) was an Omani historian and scholar noted for his expertise in Ibāḍī Islam. Mohammad Salimi
Mohammad Salimi ( fa, محمد سلیمی; 1937 – 2016) was an Iranian military who served as the 6th Minister of Defense in November 1981 to August 1984 and the commander of the Islamic Republic of Iran Army in 2000 to 2005. Early life Salimi was born in Mashhad in 1937. Career Salimi was the defense minister in the cabinet of Mir-Hossein Mousavi, replacing Javad Fakoori. He was in office from 1981 to August 1984. He was succeeded by Mohammad Hossein Jalali as defense minister. Although Salimi retired, he was appointed commander-in-chief in May 2000, replacing Ali Shahbazi.
