Disney Star (also known as JioStar), registered as JioStar India Private Limited, is an Indian media conglomerate joint venture owned with a share of 16.34% by Reliance Industries, 46.82% by Viacom18 and 36.84% by Disney India. On 14 November 2024, it merged its assets with the assets of Viacom18 to form JioStar. It is the largest television and entertainment network in India, operating more than 100 TV channels and a major streaming platform called JioHotstar. Star Chinese Channel () was a Taiwanese general entertainment television channel operated by The Walt Disney Company (Taiwan) Ltd. Its programming featured dramas, variety shows, lifestyle programs, and talk shows in Mandarin.
