Rob Brydon
Robert Brydon Jones (; born 3 May 1965) is a Welsh actor, comedian, impressionist, presenter, singer and writer. He gained prominence for his roles in film, television and radio. He was appointed Order of the British Empire, Member of the Order of the British Empire (MBE) in Queen Elizabeth II's Birthday Honours in 2013 for services to comedy and broadcasting, and for charitable services. Brydon gained fame for his roles in the black comedy series ''Human Remains (TV series), Human Remains'' (2000), the mockumentary series ''Marion and Geoff'' (2000–2003), the chat show spoof ''The Keith Barret Show'' (2004–2005), and the comedy series ''Supernova (British TV series), Supernova'' (2005–2006). Baglan, Neath Port Talbot
Baglan is a village in Wales, adjoining Port Talbot, named after Saint Baglan. It is also a community (Wales), community and Baglan (electoral ward), ward in the Neath Port Talbot county borough. In 2001, the population was 6,654. rising to 6,819 in 2011. Baglan is on the side of a steep hill and surrounded by two hills, Mynydd-y-Gaer to the north and Mynydd Dinas to the east. The moors and Baglan Bay are to the southwest. Michael Winterbottom (born 29 March 1961) is an English film director. He began his career working in British television before moving into features. Three of his films—''Welcome to Sarajevo'', ''Wonderland (1999 film), Wonderland'' and ''24 Hour Party People''—have competed for the Palme d'Or at the Cannes Film Festival. He and co-director Mat Whitecross won the Silver Bear for Best Director at the 56th Berlin International Film Festival for their work on ''The Road to Guantanamo.'' ''Rob Brydon's Annually Retentive'' is a British television show, first aired on BBC Three in July 2006. Devised by Paul Duddridge, it concerns the making of a comedy panel game show called ''Annually Retentive'', themed around historical events, and hosted by Welsh comedian Rob Brydon. The show is deliberately parodic, as Brydon plays a hyper-realised (and exaggeratedly nasty) version of himself, while the game show blatantly steals ideas from other, similar shows such as ''Have I Got News for You'', ''Never Mind the Buzzcocks'', ''Mock the Week'' and ''QI''. Format Its show-within-a-show format is reminiscent of ''The Larry Sanders Show'' which explored the blurring of reality and fantasy except with the focus of a talk show as opposed to a panel game.
