Røros Chapel () is a chapel in Røros Municipality in Trøndelag county, Norway. It is located in the town of Røros at the north end of the Røros churchyard (and the large Røros Church sits at the south end). It is a chapel in the Røros parish which is part of the Gauldal prosti (deanery) in the Diocese of Nidaros. The stone chapel was built in a circular style inspired by the Goahti of the Sami people in 1962 using plans drawn up by the architect Erik Guldahl. The church seats about 220 people. It is called a in Norwegian which translates to "grave chapel" meaning that it is primarily used for funerals and burials in the nearby cemetery. Røros Airport (; ) is a regional airport located from the Røros (town), town of Røros in Trøndelag county, Norway. The asphalt runway has the physical dimensions and is aligned 14/32. Scheduled services are provided to Oslo by Widerøe. The main general aviation user is Rørosfly, a pilot school, and the aviation club Røros Flyklubb. Plans for an airport started in 1954 and the same year a provisional runway was built. Scheduled services with Braathens ASA, Braathens SAFE commenced in 1957, when a runway was completed. Upgrades from de Havilland Heron to Fokker F27 Friendship aircraft caused Braathens to abandon the airport until 1963, when the current asphalt runway was opened. The Røros Line () is a rail transport, railway line which runs through the districts of Norway, districts of Hedmarken, Østerdalen, and Gauldalen in Innlandet and Trøndelag, Norway. The line branches off from the Dovre Line at Hamar Station and runs a more easterly route to Støren Station, where the two lines meet again. The Røros Line also intersects with the Solør Line at Elverum Station. Røros Flyservice AS is a Norwegian aircraft ground handling company operating at nine airports. Its main customer is Scandinavian Airlines, although it serves Amapola, SunExpress, SwiftAir and Air Baltic. The company also operates a travel agency. The company was established in Røros on 1 April 2001, after Braathens terminated its services to the city. The company employed five former Braathens employees to work for the airlines taking over the route. In 2002, after many Braathens employees were fired after the Scandinavian Airlines take-over, Røros Flyservice started services in Trondheim Airport, Værnes to serve the new airline Norwegian Air Shuttle.
