A third rail, also known as a live rail, electric rail or conductor rail, is a method of providing electric power to a railway locomotive or train, through a semi-continuous rigid conductor placed alongside or between the rails of a track (rail transport), railway track. Shelepikha () is an unused station of the Moscow Metro. It opened on 26 February 2018 as one of five initial stations on the Kalinisko-Solntsevskaya line. It was closed on 22 June 2024 and remains under conservation. Shelepikha is not part of the Bolshaya Koltsevaya line's circular path, but is on a spur that runs to . As of 2016, a future line, the Rublyovo-Arkhangelskaya line, which the city had plans to develop after 2020, was planned to ultimately incorporate this station.
