State Road 341 in the U.S. state of Indiana is a north–south state highway in Fountain County in the west-central part of the state. Route description The road starts near the south edge of the county at State Road 234 just over a mile south of Wallace. It passes north through the town of Hillsboro, where it is concurrent with Main Street and U.S. Route 136, then crosses Interstate 74 just north of Hillsboro and continues through the towns of Mellott and Newtown, and terminates at State Road 28 east of Attica. Pennsylvania Route 341 (PA 341) is a state highway in the U.S. state of Pennsylvania. The route runs from PA 230 in Londonderry Township in Dauphin County east to PA 241 in South Londonderry Township in Lebanon County. The route is a two-lane undivided road known as Colebrook Road for its entire length, passing through rural areas. Along the way, PA 341 crosses PA 743 near Deodate and passes through Upper Lawn. An eastbound truck route, PA 341 Truck, bypasses the route between PA 230 and PA 743. PA 341 was first designated onto its current alignment by 1930, running between U.S. Route 230 (US 230, now PA 230) and PA 241. The route was fully paved in the 1930s. Between the 1930s and 1940s, PA 341 headed southeast along Lawn Road to end at PA 241 in Lawn. Most of the county routes in Erie County, New York, act as primary roads in the less developed areas and also serve to interconnect the various villages and hamlets of the county. Not all routes are signed. All routes are maintained by the Erie County Department of Public Works, Division of Highways. The area has over 300 routes, due to the urbanizing of Erie County. New York State Route 55 (NY 55) is a east-west state highway in southern New York, running from the Pennsylvania state line at the Delaware River in Barryville to the Connecticut state line at Wingdale. It is the only other state highway beside NY 7 to completely cross the state, from border to border, in an east–west direction, although NY 17 does so and is partially east–west. It also forms a concurrency when it joins US 44 for 33 miles (53 km). Together with NY 52, which it closely parallels and briefly joins in downtown Liberty, it forms the latitudinal backbone of the Hudson Valley region for non-interstate traffic. It offers the traveler a wide variety of landscapes, from farmlands, mountains and forests to the urban center of Poughkeepsie. The route crossed a largely undeveloped section of the county, utilizing parts of Quaker Hill Road, Mizzentop Road, and Kirby Hill Road. NY 341 was originally designated as part of NY 55 in the 1930 renumbering of state highways in New York. The highway remained part of NY 55 until when that route was realigned to pass through Wingdale on its way to Connecticut. The old routing of NY 55 was renumbered to NY 341, which remained in place until it was removed in the 1940s. Known as Race Street, the state highway runs from MD 16 north to MD 343 within the city of Cambridge in Dorchester County.
