"Round Up" is a song by American rapper Lady May, featuring American R&B singer Blu Cantrell. Released as a single in June 2002, the song was supposed to be the lead single from May's debut album, ''May Day'', but the album has never been released. The single performed moderately in the U.S. urban market, peaking at number ninety-three on ''Billboard'''s Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs the week of July 27, 2002. Rhonda Natasha Robinson (born March 6, 1974), better known by her stage name Lady May, is an American rapper, singer and songwriter from Long Island, New York's suburbs. May is African-American and partly of Asian descent. She grew up listening to Elton John, Duran Duran and Michael Jackson. At the age of fifteen, May stopped attending high school and became a hip hop dancer in music videos for artists such as LL Cool J and Jodeci, but was left unsatisfied, eventually turning to rap music. She danced with Big Lez and became and accountant for Trackmasters. The Rhythmic chart (also called Rhythmic Airplay, and previously named Rhythmic Songs, Rhythmic Top 40 and CHR/Rhythmic) is an airplay chart published weekly by ''Billboard'' magazine.
