Orenburg Oblast (also Orenburzhye) is a federal subject of Russia (an oblast), mainly located in Eastern Europe. Its administrative center is the city of Orenburg. Rossiyskaya is a station of the Samara Metro on First Line which was opened on 26 December 2007. About station This station has 2 platforms, of which only 1 is functional. The first track (Towards Alabinskaya) works in this regime - Train arrive from Moskovskaya on First track, then depart to Alabinskaya where this train changes the movement direction and goes on same track back. Samara Metro (), formerly known as the Kuybyshev Metro (), is a rapid transit system which serves the city of Samara, Russia. Opened in 1987, it consists of one line with ten stations and approximately of bi-directional track. Russian cheese () is a Russian semi-hard, chymosin cheese produced from pasteurized cows' milk and aged for 2 months. The recipe was developed by in Uglich, Yaroslavl Oblast, Russian SFSR in the 1960s. There is a ''Сыр Российский'' (''Syr Rossiysky'') brand which does not have exclusivity rights, and a large number of factories in Russia and other post-Soviet states produces the cheese. Ingredients It is produced from pasteurized milk with chymosin fermenter and a starter of mesophilic bacteria, as well as salt, calcium chloride ( thickener), and the natural colorant annatto (if the cheese is produced in the winter). Uglich ( rus, У́глич, p=ˈuɡlʲɪtɕ) is a historic town in Yaroslavl Oblast, Russia, located on the Volga River. Population: History The city was first documented in 1148 as ''Ugliche Pole'' (''Corner Field''). The town's name is thought to allude to the nearby turn in the Volga River, and is derived from the Russian word ''ugol'' (a corner, a nook).
