Rogan Michael John O'Handley (born 1985), better known by the name DC Draino, is an American right-wing political commentator, social media influencer, and former entertainment lawyer. He has amassed a following of more than 5 million followers on Facebook, Instagram, and X (formerly Twitter) combined as of March 2024. Early life and education Rogan O'Handley was born in San Francisco in 1985. He graduated from Franklin High School in 2003. O'Handley attended Northeastern University, serving as student body president as a senior before graduating in 2007 ''magna cum laude'' as a double major in political science and criminal justice. He then completed his Juris Doctor at the University of Chicago Law School in 2011. Laurel Frances Lee (née Moore; born March 26, 1974) is an American attorney, politician, and former jurist serving as the U.S. representative for Florida's 15th congressional district since 2023.
