The majority of tracks were recorded live on tour on A's Inner City Sumo Tour during November 2002. Japanese editions include the studio recording "Human Condition" as a bonus track. A are a British alternative rock band from Suffolk, England, which formed in 1993. They have released 4 studio and 2 live albums, including their debut '' How Ace Are Buildings'' and the UK top 20 album '' Hi-Fi Serious''. Single releases have also achieved chart success, with one UK top 10, four UK top 40 and seven UK top 100 singles. Shortly after releasing their fourth album, '' Teen Dance Ordinance'', in 2005, the band briefly split. In 2007 'A' reunited for a one-off gig, and have been touring sporadically ever since including playing the main stage at Download Pilot on June 19, 2021. ''Hi-Fi Serious'' is the third studio album by British alternative rock band A, released in 2002. The name "Hi-Fi Serious" was derived from that of a fictional electronics store, from which Alan Partridge purchased a Bang & Olufsen stereo system in the final episode of the first series of British sitcom, ''I'm Alan Partridge''. The tour in support of the album's release was named the "Inner City Sumo Tour" – another nod to ''Partridge'', this time referencing a line in the show's very first episode. ''Teen Dance Ordinance'' is the fourth album by the alternative rock group A. It was released on 25 June 2005 in the United Kingdom and later in the United States. The title refers to a law passed in 1985 by Seattle City Council and repealed in 2002 that prohibited minors and adults from attending the same dance clubs. It featured a more straight-rock sound and displayed an almost complete absence of the keyboards and sampling that marked the early sound of the band. Due to many delays in the release of the album, which consisted of the label shelving the album for two years after recording was already completed in 2003 and Jason Perry experiencing illness, the band were already out of general public interest due to the long time they were away from releasing material. "Just Like Paradise" is a song by American rock singer David Lee Roth. Released after he left Van Halen, it was produced by Roth and guitarist Steve Vai. Jason Perry (born 29 December 1969) is an English singer, songwriter and record producer. He is the lead vocalist of the Suffolk based band alternative rock 'A'. He has an identical twin brother, Adam, and a younger brother, Giles, both of whom are also members of the band. Recently, Perry has produced albums by Greywind, Fatherson, Don Broco, Molotov, McBusted, Matthew P, Ivyrise, the Blackout, Kids in Glass Houses, Get Cape. Wear Cape.
