''Rock'n Roll Gangster'' is the only studio album by Fieldy's Dreams, a hip hop project of Korn bass guitarist Reginald "Fieldy" Arvizu. It was released on January 22, 2002 via Epic Records. Production was handled by Bjorn "Polarbear" Soderberg and Fieldy himself. The album features guest appearances from RBX, Angela Rascoe, Helluva, Jonathan Davis, Polarbear, Son Doobie and Tre Hardson. ''Rock'n Roll Gangster'' peaked at number 15 on the ''Billboard'' Heatseekers Albums chart in the US. Fieldy's Dreams
Fieldy's Dreams is a rap project by Korn bassist Reginald "Fieldy" Arvizu, active from 2000 to 2002. His first album, the gangsta rap album ''Rock'n Roll Gangster'', was released on January 22, 2002. Most of the lyrics and music were by Fieldy himself, with Polar Bear (of Infinite Mass) helping out with the rest. Fieldy renamed his project Fieldy's Nightmare and was due to release a 2008 album, ''Sobriety'', but recording was put on hold to focus on work with Korn. Fieldy said that the new album would not be gangsta rap but a bass instrumental album with a funk/jazz fusion. Korn
Korn (stylized as KoЯn, or occasionally KoRn) is an American nu metal band from Bakersfield, California, formed in 1993. The band is notable for pioneering the nu metal genre and bringing it into the mainstream. Originally formed in 1993 by three members of the band L.A.P.D., Korn's current lineup features founding members James "Munky" Shaffer (guitar); Reginald "Fieldy" Arvizu (bass); Brian "Head" Welch (guitar, backing vocals); and Jonathan Davis (lead vocals, bagpipes), with the addition of Ray Luzier (drums) in 2007, replacing the band's first drummer David Silveria. Trevant Hardson (born October 5, 1970), best known by his stage name Slimkid3 (Slim Kid Tre; sometimes stylized as SlimKid3), is an American rapper from Los Angeles. He is a founding member of The Pharcyde. Career Tre Hardson began his career in the entertainment industry as a dancer and choreographer under the moniker Two for Two with his two high school friends Bootie Brown and Imani. Two for Two made numerous appearances in music videos, but had its most notable exposure with a short stint on the television show ''In Living Color''. As a member of The Pharcyde, he has contributed to ''Bizarre Ride II the Pharcyde'', as well as its follow-up release ''Labcabincalifornia''. He also worked on the third album ''Plain Rap'' with the two remaining members of The Pharcyde after Fatlip's departure. Jonathan Howsmon Davis (born January 18, 1971), also known as JD or JDevil, is an American singer, songwriter, and musician. He is best known as the lead vocalist and frontman of nu metal band Korn, who are considered a pioneering act of the nu metal genre.
