Robson Severino da Silva (born 10 July 1983), known simply as Robson, is a Brazilian former professional footballer who played as a central defender. Club career Born in Recife, Pernambuco, Robson played lower league football in his early years. In June 2005 he signed a six-month contract with Mogi Mirim Esporte Clube of the third division, then joined Associação Olímpica de Itabaiana in the League of Sergipe state. In the summer of 2006, Robson signed for Portuguese second level club Gondomar S.C. and, the following season, at the age of 24, made his Primeira Liga debut – in his country or abroad – with Vitória de Setúbal. The 2007–08 Taça da Liga was the first edition of the Taça da Liga, also known as Carlsberg Cup for sponsorship reasons. For the first round (4 and 5 August), only teams competing in the Liga de Honra participated. In the second round (12 August), Primeira Liga teams entered. The Taça da Liga (), known outside Portugal as Portuguese League Cup, is an annual football club competition organised by the Liga Portuguesa de Futebol Profissional (LPFP) for teams competing in the Primeira Liga and LigaPro, the top two tiers of Portuguese football. Ronny Van Geneugden (; born 17 August 1968) is a Belgian football coach and former player, currently technical director at MVV Maastricht. As a manager, Van Geneugden had most of his successes with Oud-Heverlee Leuven, leading them to the Belgian Second Division title in 2010–11, hence gaining promotion to the 1st division for season 2011–12, he was rewarded with a contract extension to 2015. The Belgian Second Division (known as the Proximus League for sponsorship reasons) was the second-highest division in the Belgian football league system, one level below the Belgian Pro League. It was founded by the Royal Belgian Football Association in 1909 and folded in 2016, when it was replaced by the Belgian First Division B.
