Rob Evans (rugby Player)
Robert "Bobby" Evans (born 14 April 1992) is a Welsh international rugby union player. He plays at prop for the Miami Sharks of Major League Rugby (MLR). He previously play for the Dragons. Rugby career Evans made his regional debut for the Scarlets during the 2012–13 season, coming on as a substitute against Sale Sharks in the LV Cup. He had previously played for Carmarthen Quins in the Welsh Premier Division. After stints at Scarlets and Dragons, Evans signed with the Miami Sharks of Major League Rugby. International Evans has been a Wales Under-20s international, and helped the team reach third place in the 2012 IRB Junior World Championship in South Africa, playing in the front row alongside fellow Scarlets Kirby Myhill and Samson Lee. The 2012–13 Pro12 League (also known as the ''RaboDirect Pro12'' for sponsorship reasons) was the 12th season of the rugby union competition originally known as the Celtic League, the third with its current 12-team format, and the second with RaboDirect as title sponsor. The 2016 mid-year rugby union internationals (also known as the summer internationals in the Northern Hemisphere) are international rugby union matches that were mostly played in the Southern Hemisphere during the June international window. The 2014 end-of-year rugby tests, also known as the 2014 autumn internationals in the Northern Hemisphere, were international rugby union matches predominantly played between visiting Southern Hemisphere countries and European nations. Samson Lee
Samson Lee (born 30 November 1992) is a Welsh former professional rugby union player. Lee played for the Scarlets, as well as local teams Llanelli and Ammanford. His position is prop forward. Lee has represented Wales, making his debut against Argentina in November 2013. Club career Lee began playing rugby with the Felinfoel RFC youth side, as well as with Coedcae School. Lee joined the Scarlets at age 15, and progressed through the academy while playing for Ammanford RFC and later Llanelli RFC. He made his first Scarlets appearance in a preseason friendly against Narbonne. Lee was named in the 2013–14 Pro12 Dream Team, along with teammates Gareth Davies and Liam Williams. In 2015, Lee signed a national dual contract with the Scarlets and WRU. He extended the contract the following year. Kirby Myhill (born 5 February 1992) is a Welsh rugby union rugby player, who plays at hooker (rugby union), hooker for the Miami Sharks (rugby union), Miami Sharks in the Major League Rugby, MLR. Myhill begin his career with the Scarlets academy, and represented the team for six seasons before joining Cardiff Rugby. He is also a Wales and Wales Under-20 international. Club career Myhill attended Glan-y-Mor Comprehensive School and Coleg Sir Gâr, where he played for their rugby team, as well as with the Burry Port RFC youth side. 2012 IRB Junior World Championship
The 2012 IRB Junior World Championship was the fifth IRB Junior World Championship, an annual international rugby union competition for Under-20 national teams. This competition replaced the now defunct Under 19 and Under 21 world championships. The event was held in South Africa between 4 and 22 June 2012 and organised by world rugby's governing body, the International Rugby Board (IRB). A total of 12 nations played in the tournament. New Zealand came into the tournament as defending champions. South Africa were crowned 2012 champions after defeating New Zealand 22–16 in the final on 22 June at Newlands Stadium. After finishing last at the 2011 IRB Junior World Championship, Tonga had been relegated to the IRB Junior World Trophy and therefore did not participate in this year's event.
