Ricky Rapper And Cool Wendy
Ricky Rapper and Cool Wendy () is a 2012 Finnish family film directed by Mari Rantasila. It premiered on February 10, 2012. Lauri Karo stars as Ricky Rapper, while Venni Uotila plays Nelly Noodlehead and Olivia Ainali portrays the titular character, Cool Wendy. This was the third and final Ricky Rapper film produced by Kinotar Oy. The next installment, ''Ricky Rapper and Slick Leonard'', was produced by Artista Filmi. Plot Ricky Rapper and Nelly Noodlehead travel to an island where Elvi Rapper is managing a holiday resort. They meet Cool Wendy and her father, Uolevi Horsmaniemi. Wendy, slightly older than Ricky and Nelly, disrupts their dynamic as Nelly becomes drawn to Wendy. Meanwhile, old friends Elvi and Uolevi grow closer. The film explores themes of friendship, loneliness, and accepting differences. Mari Rantasila
Ritva Leena Mari Rantasila (born 7 January 1963 in Pori, Finland) is a Jussi Award-winning Finnish actress, director and singer. Career Rantasila studied as an actress at the Helsinki Theatre Academy, during which time Jouko Turkka was working as a teacher. Rantasila graduated with a master's degree in 1987. She is best known for acting in the TV series ''Raid ''(2000), in which she played the female lead, and ''Kotikatu ''(1995–2001, 2008–2009). In 2015 Rantasila acted in the Petri Kotwica film ''Henkesi edestä'' (Absolution). Rantasila became known as a singer in 1989 with the song "Auringossa" (In the Sun). In 2000, she sung the theme song of the TV series ''Raid'', "Vain rakkaus" (Only Love). In 2000, she won the Best Female Soloist Emma prize. Martti Suosalo
(born 19 July 1962) is a Finnish actor and singer. Suosalo was born in Oulu, and began his career in 1986 with an appearance in a TV series. He began to work as a regular actor on Finnish television but also appeared in several films in the early 1990s such as the 1994 film '' Aapo'' alongside actors such as Taisto Reimaluoto, Ulla Koivuranta and Kai Lehtinen. Suosalo was admitted to the Helsinki Theatre Academy on his third attempt in 1983. At that time, from 1982 to 1985, Jouko Turkka was the rector of the Theatre Academy. Ricky Rapper () is a main character in a series of children's fantasy books and comic strips by Finnish writers Sinikka Nopola and Tiina Nopola. Ricky Rapper is a ten-year-old boy who likes to play drums. He lives in an apartment building with his aunt Serena Rapper. Fourteen books have been released in the series starting from 1997. Sinikka Nopola
Sinikka Marianna Nopola (26 November 1953 – 13 January 2021) was a Finnish writer of children's literature who published nearly 80 books since 1987. Nopola is best known for the series ''Hayflower and Quiltshoe'' and ''Ricky Rapper'' she wrote with her sister Tiina Nopola. As a pacifier, Nopola came up in the monthly supplement of Helsingin Sanomat. Three collections have been published since 1997 of his pins. In his texts, Nopola can grasp the details that he develops strange general laws, for example, when words are, and of course adventure and develops mutual romance. As Nopola's pacifier, he tries to experience things that are considered important and valued, but fails in his efforts. He feels he has stayed on the beach when others experience things.
