Ricky O'Loughlin
Ricky O'Loughlin (born 4 July 1979) is a former indigenous Australian rules footballer who played with Adelaide in the Australian Football League (AFL). O'Loughlin made his senior debut in 1999 in the South Australian National Football League (SANFL) with Port Adelaide and was drafted by Adelaide at pick 51 in the 1999 AFL draft. A half forward, O'Loughlin played his first AFL match at the Gabba, five rounds into the 2000 AFL season, with Jonathan Brown, Aaron Shattock and Rhett Biglands also making their league debuts. In two seasons, O'Loughlin managed only nine appearances and spent most of his time in the SANFL. Rhett Biglands
Rhett Biglands (born 4 September 1977) is a former Australian rules footballer in the Australian Football League. Career He made his debut as an 18-year-old in the SANFL with Woodville West Torrens kicking 5 goals in his first match. He was then drafted by Port Adelaide Power and placed on their inaugural list in 1997. After two groin reconstructions in the one year he returned to the SANFL. In the 1999 season he was equal 3rd in the Magarey Medal, played for South Australia against Victoria on the MCG and made The Advertiser SANFL team of the Year. Selected by the Crows with their first pick and debuting in the AFL in 2000 as a full back playing on Alistair Lynch, Biglands then made his name as a ruckman with the Adelaide Crows. The 2002 AFL season was the 106th season of the Australian Football League (AFL), the highest level senior Australian rules football competition in Australia, which was known as the Victorian Football League until 1989. The Sydney Swans are a professional Australian rules football club based in Sydney, New South Wales. The men's team competes in the Australian Football League (AFL), and the women's team in the AFL Women's (AFLW). The Swans also field a reserves men's team in the Victorian Football League (VFL). Michael O'Loughlin
Michael Kevin O'Loughlin (born 20 February 1977) is a former professional Australian rules footballer, who played his entire Australian Football League career with the Sydney Swans. O'Loughlin was named a member of the Indigenous Team of the Century. He was the third player with Indigenous heritage to play 300 AFL games. He twice achieved All-Australian selection, played for Australia twice in the International Rules Series, and was a Fos Williams Medallist as best player for South Australia in State of Origin. Aaron Shattock (born 2 May 1980) is a premiership-winning Australian rules footballer who played with the Brisbane Lions and Port Adelaide in the Australian Football League (AFL).
