A respiratory therapist is a specialized healthcare professional, healthcare practitioner trained in Intensive care medicine, critical care and cardio-pulmonary medicine in order to work therapeutically with people who have acute critical conditions, Cardiovascular disease, cardiac and Respiratory disease, pulmonary disease.
