Rengali is a Vidhan Sabha constituency of Sambalpur district, Odisha. This constituency includes Rengali block, Dhankauda block and 10 Gram panchayats (Gunderpur, Batemura, Bhikampur, Maneswar, Mathpali, Nuatihura, Parmanpur, Sindurpank, Tabala and Themra) of Maneswar block. The constituency was formed in the 2008 Delimitation and went for polls in 2009 election. Elected Members Since its formation in 2009, 4 elections were held till date. Sambalpur District
Sambalpur District is a district in the western part of state of Odisha, India. The historic city of Sambalpur is the district headquarters. The district is located in the Mahanadi River basin. It has a total area of , of which almost 60% is covered in dense forest. The district is bounded by Deogarh District to the east, Bargarh and Jharsuguda districts to the west, Sundergarh District to the north, and Subarnapur and Angul districts in the south.
