Reet Palm (since 2014 Palm-Killing; born on 14 September 1959 in Tartu) is an Estonian rower and coach. In 1978 she won bronze medal at World Rowing Championships. Between 1975 and 2007, she became an 18-times Estonian champion in different rowing disciplines. Since 1991 she has been working as a rowing coach. One of the rowers trained by her is Allar Raja. Her spouse is the rowing coach Matti Killing. Reet Kasik (born 5 May 1946) is an Estonian linguist. She was born in Tallinn. In 1969, she graduated from Tartu State University with a degree in Estonian philology. Since 1969, she has taught at the University of Tartu. She has also taught Estonian language in several universities in Finland. She has investigated word forming of Estonian language (), teaching of Estonian language to foreigners, and language of journalism. In 2018, she was given Wiedemann Language Award. Reet Silvia Jurvetson (Estonian: Jürvetson; September 23, 1950 – c. November 14, 1969) was an Estonian-Canadian woman who was murdered in California in November 1969 at age 19. Her body remained unidentified for 46 years, until an online mortuary photograph was recognized by her family and friends in 2015. Prior to her identification, Jurvetson's body had been informally known as "Sherry Doe" and officially as "Jane Doe 59." Helle-Reet Helenurm (26 January 1944 – 23 February 2003) was an Estonian actress whose career began in 1968 in theatre. She also performed as a radio, television, and film actress until her death, aged 59, of cancer. Early life and education Helle-Reet Helenurm was born in the town of Paide in Järva County, the only child of Udo and Ilse Helenurm (''née'' Petron), during the German occupation of Estonia in World War II. Following the reoccupation of Estonia by the Soviet Union in 1944, when she was just several months old, her father fled the country and settled in Germany and she was raised solely by her mother, who worked as an accountant. She knew little about her father until she was a teenager and didn't meet him until later in life.
