Raopura is one of the 182 Legislative Assembly constituencies of Gujarat state in India. It is part of Vadodara district. Rajendra Trivedi A.K.A. Rajubhai Vakil was elected the MLA in the 2017 Vidhansabha elections. He is currently the Speaker of Gujarat Legislative Assembly. Balkrishna Khanderao Shukla (11 December 1963) is an Indian Politician from Gujarat. He is a member of the Gujarat Legislative Assembly from Raopura Assembly constituency in Vadodara. He was a Member of Parliament of the 15th Lok Sabha of India from 2009 to 2014. He was elected from the Vadodara Lok Sabha constituency of Gujarat representing the Bharatiya Janata Party.
