Balkrishna Khanderao Shukla (11 December 1963) is an Indian Politician from Gujarat. He is a member of the Gujarat Legislative Assembly from Raopura Assembly constituency in Vadodara. He was a Member of Parliament of the 15th Lok Sabha of India from 2009 to 2014. He was elected from the Vadodara Lok Sabha constituency of Gujarat representing the Bharatiya Janata Party. The 2002 Gujarat Legislative Assembly elections were held in December 2002; they necessitated by the resignation of Chief Minister Narendra Modi and the dissolution of the legislative assembly in July 2002, 8 months before its term was due to expire. Vadodara Municipal Corporation (VMC) established in July 1950 under the Bombay Provincial Corporation Act, 1949, is responsible for the civic infrastructure and administration of the city of Vadodara.
