Rama Varma Parikshith Thampuran
Darsanakalanidhi Parikshith Thampuran (died 1964) was the last official ruler of the Cochin princely state. Since his father did not have any official heir to the throne, he wished for a son. As per localites he was born after several Yanjnas (a type of hindu rituals in front of a sacred fire), the Raj Purohit (royal priest) then named him Parikshit. He was also known as Ramavarman or Kunjunni Tampuran. He was born in 1876 as the son of Raman Nambutiri of Ottur House and Manku Tampuratti. On 1 July 1949, Travancore and Cochin merged, Travancore-Cochin State came into existence, and the kingdom and the rulership came to an end. He ruled the kingdom for a period of one year and then he continued as the Valliya Thampuran of Cochin. He died in 1964 while he was in Thrippunithura. Rama Varma Kochaniyan Thampuran (2 June 1912 – 5 February 2014) was an Indian royal, who was the ''Valiya Thampuran'' or oldest male member of the Cochin Royal Family. Sree Padmanabhadasa Sree Moolam Thirunal Rama Varma (born 12 June 1949) is the current incumbent to the throne of Travancore. He is the youngest of the four children of the former titular Maharani of Travancore, Sree Padmanabhasevini Maharani Karthika Thirunal Lakshmi Bayi and her husband, Prince Consort Lt. Col. G. V. Swathi Thirunal Rama Varma
Sri Swathi Thirunal Rama Varma III (16 April 1813 – 26 December 1846) was the Maharaja of the Kingdom of Travancore. He was a great musician and composer who has to his credit over 400 classical compositions in both Carnatic and Hindustani style. Dharma Raja
Karthika Thirunal Rama Varma (1724–17 February 1798) often referred to as Rama Varma I or Dharma Raja, was the Maharajah of Travancore from 1758 until his death in 1798. He succeeded his uncle Marthanda Varma, who is credited with the title of "maker of modern Travancore". During his reign Dharma Raja not only retained all the territories his predecessor had gained but administered the kingdom with success. Rajah Rama Varma was the ruler of the Indian kingdom of Venad, later known as Travancore, in the modern day state of Kerala, India between 1724 and 1729, having succeeded his brother Aditya Varma. He is better known as the uncle of Maharajah Padmanabha Dasa Vanchi Pala Marthanda Varma Kulasekhara Perumal, the "maker of modern Travancore".
