Emmelie Charlotte-Victoria de Forest (born 28 February 1993) is a Danish-Swedish singer and songwriter. Lidköping () is a locality and the seat of Lidköping Municipality in Västra Götaland County, Sweden. It had about 40,000 inhabitants in 2021. B&W Hallerne (English: ''The B&W Halls'') is a former industrial complex located on the island of Refshaleøen, Copenhagen, Refshaleøen in Copenhagen, Denmark. Built in the early 1960s by Burmeister & Wain, the complex consists of two large halls which were used to build ships until 1996. Currently, the facilities are used for culture and entertainment activities. Denmark was represented at the Eurovision Song Contest 2014 with the song "Cliche Love Song", written by Lasse Lindorff, Kim Nowak-Zorde, Daniel Fält, and Basim, and performed by Basim himself. The Danish participating broadcaster, (DR), organised the national final ''Dansk Melodi Grand Prix 2014'' in order to select its entry for the contest. In addition, DR was also the host broadcaster and staged the event at B&W Hallerne in Copenhagen, after winning with the song "Only Teardrops" by Emmelie de Forest. Ten songs competed in a televised national final where "Cliche Love Song" performed by Basim was the winner as decided upon through the combination of jury voting and public voting over two rounds.
