TAROM (; legally ''Compania Națională de Transporturi Aeriene Române TAROM S.A.'') is the flag carrier and oldest currently operating airline of Romania, based in Otopeni near Bucharest. Its headquarters and its main hub are at Henri Coandă International Airport. It is currently the first and largest airline operating in Romania based on international destinations, international flights and the second-largest measured by fleet size and passengers carried. The brand name is an acronym of the (Romanian Air Transport). Over ninety-seven percent (97.22%) of TAROM is owned by the Romanian Government (Ministry of Transport). Reverse osmosis (RO) is a water purification process that uses a partially permeable membrane, semi-permeable membrane to separate water molecules from other substances. RO applies pressure to overcome osmotic pressure that favors even distributions. RO can remove dissolved or suspended chemical species as well as biological substances (principally bacteria), and is used in industrial processes and the production of potable water. RO retains the solute on the pressurized side of the membrane and the purified solvent passes to the other side. The relative sizes of the various molecules determines what passes through. The Renewables Obligation (RO) is a market support mechanism designed to encourage generation of electricity from eligible Renewable energy in the United Kingdom, renewable sources in the United Kingdom. There are three related schemes for the three Law of the United Kingdom#Legal jurisdictions, legal jurisdictions of the UK. Ro is an a priori constructed language created by Rev. Edward Powell Foster beginning in 1904. History Rev. Edward Powell Foster worked on his "international language" for 25 years before compiling a dictionary which initially had 257 pages with more than 6,000 words. The local newspaper in Newark, Ohio, published a mention of Foster visiting the city in 1929 to deliver copies of his "Ro" dictionary. In the January 23, 1929, issue of ''The Evening Star'' newspaper, in the "Answers to Questions" column, and R.S. submitted the question "Is there a Ro dictionary?" The column editor, Frederic J.
