RJ Hampshire
RJ Hampshire (born 26 January 1996) is an American professional Motocross and Supercross racer. Hampshire has ridden professionally in the AMA Supercross Championship and the AMA Motocross Championship since 2014. He is the 2024 AMA Supercross 250cc West Champion. He currently rides for the Rockstar Energy Husqvarna Factory Racing team and represented his country at the 2023 Motocross des Nations. Hampshire has one Grand Prix win in the FIM Motocross World Championship which he achieved at the 2017 MXGP of USA as a wildcard in the MX2 class. Personal Life R.J. was born and raised in Hudson, FL to parents Ricky and Robin. He has one sister. He grew up playing baseball but gave that up to pursue racing. R.J turned pro in 2014. History In the late 1800s the area that is now Glendale was all desert. William John Murphy, a native of New Hartford, New York, who resided in the town of Flagstaff in what was then the territory of Arizona, was in charge of building the Arizona Canal from Granite Reef to New River for the Arizona Canal Company. The 2024 AMA Supercross Championship was the 51st season of off-road stadium motorcycle racing in the United States. Comprising 17 rounds, the series ran from January until May, crowning supercross champions in both the 250cc and 450cc classes, concluding with the Salt Lake City round on May 11. Chase Sexton went into the season as the reigning champion in the premier 450SX class. 2023 AMA National Motocross Championship
The 2023 AMA Motocross Championship season was the 52nd AMA Motocross National Championship season, the premier motocross series in USA. Eli Tomac went into the season as the defending champion in the 450 class, after taking his fourth 450 national title in 2022. However, after an injury sustained during the 2023 AMA Supercross Championship Tomac did not defend his title. In the 250 class, Jett Lawrence went into the season as the defending champion, after winning his second 250 title the previous season. Jettson Lawrence (born August 7, 2003, in Landsborough, Queensland, Australia) is an Australian Motocross racer. Competing in the AMA Supercross & Motocross Championships; a one-time 450cc AMA Motocross & 450cc SuperMotocross Champion, a two-time 250cc AMA Motocross, & 250cc AMA Supercross Champion.
