Psycho Pirate
The Psycho-Pirate is the name of two supervillains appearing in American comic books published by DC Comics. Bob Frazer portrayed the character for his live action debut during The CW's 2018 Arrowverse crossover "Elseworlds". Additionally, Armin Shimerman and Geoffrey Arend have voiced Psycho-Pirate in animation. Publication history The Charles Halstead incarnation of Psycho-Pirate first appeared in ''All-Star Comics'' #23 (December 1944), and was created by Gardner Fox and Joe Gallagher. Armin Shimerman (born November 5, 1949) is an American actor known for his role as Quark (Star Trek), Quark the Ferengi in the ''Star Trek'' franchise, appearing as the character in all seven seasons of ''Star Trek: Deep Space Nine'' (1993–1999). The worlds within the multiverse share a space and fate in common, and its structure has changed several times in the history of DC Comics. History Golden Age The concept of a universe and a multiverse in which the fictional stories take place was loosely established during the Golden Age of Comic Books (1938–1956). Anti-Monitor
The Anti-Monitor is a supervillain appearing in American comic books published by DC Comics. He served as the main antagonist of the 1985 DC Comics miniseries ''Crisis on Infinite Earths'' and later appears as an enemy to the Green Lantern Corps and the Justice League. In 2009, Anti-Monitor was ranked as IGN's 49th-greatest comic book villain of all time. LaMonica Garrett portrayed the character as the main antagonist in the Arrowverse crossover "Crisis on Infinite Earths (Arrowverse), Crisis on Infinite Earths", as well as the Monitor (Mar Novu), Monitor.
