Prosperity And Peace Movement
Prosperity and Peace Movement (, RDiP) is a socio-political movement (as well as electoral committee of voters in the 2023 Polish parliamentary election), founded in 2022 by journalist Maciej Maciak, on the basis of the programme ‘’You Need to Know‘’ created and hosted by him on YouTube. History The movement mainly organized via Telegram, which it relied on to gather members and supporters. Prior to creating the party, Maciak was a member of the Self-Defence of the Republic of Poland, and ran on the movement's electoral list in the 2006 Polish local elections to the Kuyavian–Pomeranian Voivodeship Sejmik. Maciak was also a member of Bezpartyjni Samorządowcy. Later, he participated in 2018 mayoral elections in Włocławek, where he came 8th on the list in his electoral district. Bezpartyjni Samorządowcy (, ''BS'') is a Polish political movement. Operating mainly at a regional level in a decentralised manner, it participates in elections as a national committee joining the individual regional counterparts. The organisation initially started out in the Lower Silesian Voivodeship before expanding to the rest of the country. The party is a heavily decentralised and federated organisation that fields candidates for local governments, often creating and cooperating with local committees and regional organisations. The Third Way (, TD) is a political alliance in Poland that was formed on 27 April 2023, before the 2023 parliamentary election. 2024 Polish Local Elections
Local elections were held in Poland on 7 April 2024 to elect members for all 16 regional assemblies (''sejmik wojewódzki''), 314 county (''powiat'') councils, and 2477 municipal (''gmina'') councils, heads (''wójt'') of municipalities and mayors of cities, as well as 18 district councils of Warsaw. The German Minority Electoral Committee (, ) is an electoral committee in Poland which represents the German minority. From 2005 to 2023 the party had been represented in the Sejm by Ryszard Galla who has been leader of the party since 2008. It is not a registered political party, but an organization by which Poland's political system gives political representation to national minorities. The Ministry of Digital Affairs (Polish: ''Ministerstwo Cyfryzacji'') is a ministry of the Polish government founded in December 2015, dissolved in October 2020 and founded again in May 2023.
