Pomona–Downtown Station
Pomona–Downtown station (also called Pomona station and Pomona Transit Center), is a train station in Pomona, California, United States. It is primarily served by Metrolink’s Riverside Line commuter rail service. The station is also served by limited Amtrak long-distance inter-city rail service, with the thrice-weekly round trip of the combined /. It is owned and operated by the city of Pomona. Station design Two Union Pacific Railroad lines – the Los Angeles Subdivision and the ex-Southern Pacific Alhambra Subdivision – run parallel east-west through Pomona station. Amtrak trains use the Alhambra Subdivision, with a single side platform on the north side of the single track. Metrolink trains use a side platform on the south side of the two-track Los Angeles Subdivision; a disused platform is also located between the two tracks. Pomona–North Station
Pomona–North station is a railroad station located in Pomona, California. It is located just west of Garey Avenue and south of Bonita Avenue, and has 225 free parking spaces which are accessible from either Santa Fe Street or Fulton Road. Formerly an intercity train station, it is served by the Metrolink (California), Metrolink commuter rail system. The extension of the Los Angeles Metro Rail A Line (Los Angeles Metro), A Line light rail line to Pomona-North is projected to open in summer 2025. Foothill Transit provides connecting service on Garey Avenue, with stops at Garey and Bonita Avenue for Lines 291 and 492, and stops at Garey Avenue and Arrowhead Trail (auto trail), Arrow Highway for Lines 197 and 291, both approximately from the station.
