Polish Conference Of Bishops
The Polish Episcopal Conference or Polish Bishops' Conference ( or KEP) is the central organ of the Catholic Church in Poland. It is composed of 3 cardinals, 24 archbishops and 118 bishops. 21st century In 2018, KEP completed a survey on clerical abuse against children and found that 382 priests had been accused of abusing at least 660 minors. The survey’s report led to the creation of the St Joseph’s Foundation to help abuse survivors as well as action against clergy. In summer 2020, KEP stated that church teaching on homosexuality was infallible and promoted conversion therapy programs. In June 2023, KEP made an appeal for calm discussions on migration and promoted wise hospitality and solidarity. Romuald Kamiński
Romuald Kamiński (born 7 February 1955, Janówka, Poland) is a Polish Roman Catholic priest who has served as bishop of Warszawa-Praga since 2017. He was the auxiliary bishop of Ełk between 2005 and 2017. Biography Kamiński was born 7 February 1955 in Janówka. He graduated from the Higher Metropolitan Seminary in Warsaw. He also earned his master's degree in theology. He was ordained a priest on 7 June 1981 by the auxiliary bishop of Warsaw, . He was incardinated into the Archdiocese of Warsaw. From 1981 to 1983, he worked as a vicar in the parish of Our Lady in Otwock. From 1983 to 1992, he served as administrator of the Archbishops of Warsaw. Ryszard Kasyna (born 28 September 1957) is a Polish Roman Catholic bishop, being the bishop of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Pelplin since 2012. He was previously the auxiliary bishop of Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Gdańsk and titular bishop of the Diocese of Dices from 2005 to 2012. Jacek Jezierski (1722–1805) was a Polish writer and businessman, a member of the Polish nobility and a political writer. From 1775 he was the castellan (governor of the castle) of the town of Łuków. Marek Jędraszewski (born 24 July 1949) is a Polish Catholic prelate who has served as Archbishop of Kraków since 2016. He served as Archbishop of Łódź from 2012 to 2017.
